Return and refund policy

14-Day Return Policy

At Al Jareer Enterprises, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.  

Eligibility for Return

• The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• They must also be in the original packaging.  

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at sales.aljareer@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and the address to ship it to.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Return Processing

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
