Ghazwat al-Nabi

"Ghazwat al-Nabi" is an important book that sheds light on the military campaigns of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), a significant chapter in Islamic history. The book is authored by Allama Burhanuddin Halbi, with translation and commentary by Maulana Muhammad Aslam Qasmi, and arranged by Maulana Muhammad Zakariya Iqbal. Published by Darul-Ishaat, this book provides comprehensive details of all the battles (Ghazwat) and expeditions (Saraya) from start to finish, including the associated jurisprudential rulings and religious issues.

The book highlights that during the last ten years of the Prophet's blessed life, despite advancing age and weakening health, he undertook around twenty-seven arduous journeys from Medina for jihad to curb the rebellion of false forces and address their mischiefs. Additionally, he dispatched companions on forty-seven military expeditions. This new edition includes the correction of many errors and essential editing.
