Sahih al-Bukhari is a world-famous work by Imam al-Bukhari, which is unanimously considered to be the best book after the Holy Quran. The importance and status of Sahih al-Bukhari can be gauged from the fact that it is impossible to count the amount of work that has been done on it so far.
In terms of the establishment and arrangement of legal issues in Sahih al-Bukhari, the common people face a little difficulty. In fact, Imam Sahab sometimes took the same hadith ten times for the purpose of deducing legal issues. Imam Zubaidi presented a very easy-to-understand and commendable solution to this in his book Tajrid al-Tashri' li-Ahadeeth al-Jami' al-Sahih, ending all repetition. He mentioned the hadith only under a chapter with which its correspondence is very clear and prominent.
Hafiz Abdul Sattar Hamad Sahib has translated this book as Mukhtasar Sahih al-Bukhari in a fluent, elegant, and lively style. Comprehensive and concise benefits at very important places have increased the usefulness of the book.
